You must preferably send it to the following electronic address medical@cbxr.es, or by postal courier with the name of CBXR-2012, C/ Mirador de la Cala, nº 18, Urb. Sant Francesc, 17300 - Blanes (Girona) España, correctly filled and signed, before the 14 of May 2012.
Once sent, you will after 7-15 days be able to check by looking at the "REGISTRATIONS / Follow-up" page whether your medical certificate has been validated and your registration completed correctly.
